Automotive Service Advisor

To manage and coordinate service-related activities by acting as a link between customer and technical teams, ensuring smooth operations, proper documentation, quality service delivery, and high satisfaction levels.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer/student interactions and understand service or training requirements

• Prepare and manage job cards, service schedules, or training records

• Coordinate with technicians/instructors for timely execution

• Explain service procedures, timelines, and costs (if applicable)

• Ensure availability of tools, spare parts, and resources

• Maintain service and performance reports

Handle feedback, complaints, and resolution

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
