Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team at Blue Jay Interior. You'll handle administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and provide support to our team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage office administration tasks like filing, documentation, and data entry

- Handle vendor coordination, invoices, and payments

- Assist with project coordination and communication

- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning

- Provide administrative support to the team

Required Skills:

- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Good communication and organizational skills

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Basic accounting knowledge (Tally/Excel)

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in admin/back office roles

Working Hours:

Full-time (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

Remuneration:

₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
