Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
Data Entry & Management: Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining records in databases, ERP systems, or Excel.
Administrative Support: Handling documentation, drafting reports, processing invoices, and managing office correspondence.
Coordination: Acting as a liaison between departments, vendors, or front-office teams to ensure operational workflows.
Inventory & Office Supplies: Monitoring and managing office supplies, ensuring equipment is stocked and operational.
Reporting: Preparing regular operational reports, MIS reports, and project status updates.
Confidentiality: Maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive employee or business information
