Back Office Executive

SKN IoT Technology is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to handle data entry tasks and customer follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and capable of managing backend operations efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate and timely data entry in company systems
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Handle customer follow-up calls/messages regarding services and inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
• Generate reports and maintain records
• Ensure data confidentiality and security
• Support administrative and back-office operations
• Required Skills & QualificationsBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Internet)
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
• Organizational and time management skills
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Preferred SkillsExperience in data entry or back office work
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Knowledge of IoT/technology (basic understanding is a plus)
