Job Description

  • Prepare and bake breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts, and other bakery items.
  • Develop and standardize recipes to maintain taste and quality.
  • Ensure proper presentation and portion control of all bakery products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery as per food safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels of raw materials and place requisitions as required.
  • Minimize wastage and ensure cost control in daily operations.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of bakery items.
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for timely production.
  • Train and guide bakery assistants/helpers if required.
