Job Description

  • Assist the Bakery Chef in the preparation of ingredients (mixing, measuring, cutting).
  • Support in baking, cooling, packing, and storing bakery items.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bakery, utensils, and equipment.
  • Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Help in receiving, checking, and storing raw materials.
  • Assist in packing and labelling bakery products.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and minimal wastage.
  • Support in timely production as per daily requirements.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Bakery Chef or supervisor
  • Experience in a bakery
