Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales and market expansion of laminates, plywood and related interior products across Odisha. The candidate should be willing to relocate to different markets within Odisha from time to time depending on business opportunities and market requirements.The role requires strong relationship building with dealers, carpenters, architects, interior designers and contractors to generate consistent sales and develop long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development: Identify and appoint new dealers and retailers in assigned territories. Expand the company’s distribution network across Odisha. Promote company products and improve market visibility.

Relationship Building Build strong relationships with dealers, carpenters, architects, contractors and interior designers. Conduct regular market visits and customer interactions. Organize carpenter meets and dealer engagement activities.

Sales & Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate sales from dealer network, projects and carpenter referrals.

Collection & Payment Follow-ups : Ensure timely payment collections from dealers. Monitor outstanding payments and maintain healthy credit discipline.

Market Intelligence :Track competitor activity, pricing and new product launches. Provide market feedback to management for strategic planning.

Reporting & Field Planning :Maintain daily sales reports and market visit updates. Plan and execute territory coverage effectively.

Candidate Requirements : Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing preferred).2–5 years' experience in plywood, laminates, hardware or building materials industry preferred. Willingness to relocate within different cities of Odisha as per market requirements. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Salary & Benefits: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience) Attractive sales incentives based on performance, Travel allowance and field expenses✔
