Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions. Gathering, researching, and synthesizing diverse information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and insights.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business analysis practices and project requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Good To Have Skills: Life Sciences Industry, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Strong capability in eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience in process modeling and workflow analysis to optimize business operations.
- Ability to conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to support solution design.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops to gather consensus and drive project progress.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
