Job Title: IT Sales / Business Development Executive

 Job Location: Bhubaneswar

Department: Sales & Business Development

Experience: 1–4 Years in IT Sales is mandatory

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales / Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT solutions, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services, products, and solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates
  • Participate in tenders, RFPs, and bid submissions (if applicable)
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Proven experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or business development
  • Strong understanding of IT products/services (e.g., networking, servers, software solutions, cloud services)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools



Preferred Skills

  • Experience in government tenders or enterprise sales
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions (servers, networking, IT Infrastructure,cybersecurity, etc.)
  • Familiarity with lead generation platforms and digital sales tools
