Job Title: IT Sales / Business Development Executive
Job Location: Bhubaneswar
Department: Sales & Business Development
Experience: 1–4 Years in IT Sales is mandatory

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales / Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT solutions, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services, products, and solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Work closely with technical teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates
- Participate in tenders, RFPs, and bid submissions (if applicable)
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or business development
- Strong understanding of IT products/services (e.g., networking, servers, software solutions, cloud services)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in government tenders or enterprise sales
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions (servers, networking, IT Infrastructure,cybersecurity, etc.)
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms and digital sales tools
