Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, communicate with potential customers, and convert inquiries into sales. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets through phone calls, emails, and online communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers through phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
• Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve sales strategies.
• Prepare and share sales reports with management.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
