Job Summary: The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Jamibadi.com Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Generate leads via calls, emails, field visits, and digital platforms
• Present company products/services to potential clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client on boarding
• Attend Loan Meeting
• Builder Visit
• Builder Tie up
• Documentation
• Project soft copy collection
• National Bank Visit
• Bank Tie up
• Help in login process
• CP Meeting and Tie up
• Data Collection

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate/finance preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Freshers are welcome
• Candidates must have their own bike with valid driving license and smartphone

Salary & Benefits

• Salary for freshers 10k to 12k
• Salary is Negotiable for Experienced Candidates
• EPF and ESI will be applicable after probation period.
• TA & DA will be provided
