Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to drive sales, generate leads, and promote our software solutions including School ERP, HRMS, and Web-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales mindset, and the ability to convert leads into successful business.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
• Handle inbound leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, TechJockey, social media, etc.
• Understand client requirements and present ERP/HRMS product demos.
• Follow up, negotiate, and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with technical teams for implementation and customer support.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
