Business Development Executive (BDE)

Frontiza Services Pvt Ltd is a 10+ year old organization into multi-product Investment Product

distribution Co. having presence across multi States and cities. In lines with its Strategic Vision of

timely growth, it is recruiting Sales Staff (Both Freshers and Experienced) across

Bhubaneswar-Durgapur-Rupnarayanpur-Berhampore-Kolkata with experience in

selling/distributing Insurance, Mutual Fund, Retail Banking, Broking and Other Investment

Products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATES

1. Identify and approach potential clients.

2. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.

3. Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

4. Explain policy features, terms, and benefits clearly.

5. Monitor market trends and competitor products.

6. Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and transactions.

7. Prepare regular sales reports and meet monthly targets.

SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Goal-oriented mindset.

3. Basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations.

4. Time management and organizational skills.

QUALIFICATION

● 0-1 years experience in Sales.

● Demonstrate ability to influence an able track record of over-achieving quota.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
