Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand Digitechmax’s presence in the Bhubaneswar market. The role includes both field visits and office-based client handling.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify, meet, and convert potential clients for digital marketing, website development, and branding services.
• Conduct field visits to businesses, schedule demos, and present service offerings.
• Handle inbound leads, follow-ups, and pitch customized solutions.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records, proposals, quotations, and client communication.
• Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for client project execution.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Requirements:0–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing/IT services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing & website solutions (training will be provided).
• Two-wheeler preferred.
