Business Development Manager (BDM)

Core responsibilities

Identify new opportunities: Research new markets, potential clients, and emerging trends to expand the company's reach. 

Build and maintain relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners. 

Develop strategies: Create and implement strategic business plans, sales strategies, and proposals to achieve revenue targets and company goals. 

Generate leads: Pursue leads through cold calling, networking at events, and following up on referrals. 

Close deals: Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements to secure new business. 

Collaborate internally: Work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for new initiatives. 

Monitor performance: Track key metrics, analyze sales figures, and prepare status reports on progress.
