JOB DESCRIPTION:-

1-Recruit potential insurance consultants & Retail partner.

2-To plan and execute sales and marketing activities for meeting the assigned business targets with team.

3-To take initiative for team development drive training programs.

4-Training and developments ensure the product training to the employees and resolving the queries.

5-Responsible for quality team development.

6-Effectively organize and manage the shortlisting process for interviews,ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination.

7-Recruite high-potential insurance consultants and retail partner to strength the team and meet business objectives.

8-Developed and implemented strategic plans for achieving sales and marketing targets consistently .

9-Maintained a strong focus on achieving activation and productivity targets for insurance consultants with in the team.
