Job Description

Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with clients, and increasing company revenue. They play a crucial role in developing strategies to expand the company’s reach and profitability.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Research

  1. Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to find new areas for business expansion.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.

Strategic Planning & Business Expansion

  1. Collaborate with the management team to set growth objectives.
  • Identify new markets and channels to expand the company’s presence.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  1. Work with marketing teams to create campaigns that attract potential clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  1. Prepare reports on business performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements to enhance growth.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their business development skills.
