Job Description

  • . Student Recruitment & Admissions Growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets.
  • Conduct student counselling sessions (online/offline) to convert leads into admissions.
  • Manage the complete admission lifecycle—from enquiry to enrolment.

2. Market Research & Expansion Identify new markets, schools, coaching centres, corporates, and communities for outreach.

  • Analyse competitor offerings and market trends to refine strategies.
  • Develop targeted campaigns to attract prospective students.

3. Relationship Management & Institutional Partnerships Build and maintain strong relations with schools, colleges, counsellors, NGOs, training partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and presentations at partner institutions.
  • Coordinate with channel partners and ensure performance tracking.

4. Lead Generation & Conversion Manage digital and offline lead generation activities.

  • Track enquiries, follow up with prospective students/parents, and maximise conversion rates.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to design campaigns, promotional materials, and outreach activities.

5. Branding, Promotions & Events Represent the institute at education fairs, exhibitions, counselling camps, and community events.

  • Organise campus tours, open houses, and engagement programs for prospective students.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and touchpoints.

6. Reporting & Data Management Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and partner interactions.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports on admissions performance and BD activities.
  • Use CRM tools or spreadsheets to manage pipelines.

7. Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with academic, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth admission processes.

  • Provide market feedback for course development and improvement.
  • Support fee collection, documentation, and onboarding for enrolled students.
