Job Description

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: LIG 891, Kalinga Vihar LIG, Kalinganagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 752054

Experience: 1-5 year

Reports To: Branch Manager

Type: Full-Time


 BricknBar is Odisha’s first digital platform for all construction and building materials — connecting dealers, builders, and homeowners to trusted brands and services under one roof. This is under its parent company Margam Nirman Private Limited.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Connect with local builders, contractors, and construction professionals.
  • Help them discover better solutions for their material needs.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Explore new opportunities to expand BricknBar’s presence in the region.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

  • Identify and connect with local builders, contractors, dealers, and construction professionals
  • Promote BricknBar’s platform, products, and services in the assigned territory
  • Generate leads and assist in on boarding new customers and partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market visits and gather competitor and market insights
  • Achieve assigned sales and growth targets
