Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:-

Market Research & Strategy: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and target markets to identify new opportunities and develop growth strategies.

Lead Generation: Research and pursue prospective clients, respond to RFPs, and generate qualified leads.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a primary point of contact.

Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure requirements are met and goals are achieved.

Reporting: Monitor sales progress, track invoices, and provide management with feedback and reports.

Training: Train junior sales professionals to improve skills and meet expectations.
