Business Development Manager – CV & CE| Bhubaneswar

  1. Lead and oversee sourcing operations for the CVCE business at the location level.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  3. Manage and drive the performance of frontline sales and business development teams.
  4. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, corporate DSAs, and partners.
  5. Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
  6. Maintain high standards of quality in sourcing activities.
  7. Promote and ensure cross-selling of liability products and Third-Party Protection (TPP).
  8. Oversee collection management to optimize receivables and reduce delinquencies
  1. On-board Dealer & DSA to source more business.                               
  2. To Evaluate proposals and structure finance for respective product across state.
  3. Drive profitability in his state by monitoring key profitability metrics
  4. Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified
  5. Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the state
  6. Grow the business and meet monthly revenue targets.
