Business Development Manager / Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Business Development Manager / Project Manager to manage client communication, coordinate software development projects, provide customer support for our software products, and ensure timely project completion.

The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, developers, and internal teams to manage project progress smoothly and close tasks on time.

Responsibilities

> Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings

> Understand client requirements clearly and explain them to developers

> Monitor daily project progress and follow up with development team

> Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines

> Handle support queries for existing software products

> Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and issue closure

> Prepare project updates and maintain status reports

> Support business development activities when required

> Manage multiple projects simultaneously

> Resolve delays and coordinate for faster project delivery

Required Skills

> Good communication skill (English / Hindi)

> Strong follow-up ability

> Client handling experience

> Project coordination skill

> Basic knowledge of software / website / mobile app projects

> Problem-solving ability

> Reporting and documentation skill

Preferred Candidate

> Experience in IT company preferred

> MBA / BBA / Graduate preferred

> 2+ years experience preferred
