Job Summary:

The Business Head is responsible for overall business growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the organization. The role involves driving sales, expanding markets, strengthening client relationships, overseeing operations, and aligning teams to achieve revenue and brand objectives.

The candidate should possess 10–15 years of proven experience in Business Development, tendering etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Growth

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and market expansion.
• Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts.

 Sales & Marketing Leadership

• Lead and monitor sales targets across regions/projects.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, architects, consultants, and institutional buyers.
• Oversee pricing strategies, proposals, tenders, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing team to strengthen brand presence and lead generation.

 Operations & Project Oversight

• Coordinate with design, projects, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Monitor operational efficiency and suggest process improvements.
• Resolve high-level client escalations and operational issues.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers and team leads.
• Set KPIs, review performance, and drive accountability across departments.
• Foster a performance-driven and collaborative culture.
• Support recruitment of key leadership and sales roles.

Educational Requirements:

o   MBA / PGDM in Business Management, Marketing, or Operations (preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering / Architecture preferred for interior industry)

 Experience:

• The candidate should possess 10–15 years of proven experience in in Business Development, tendering etc.

 Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence clients and close deals effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve results.
