Job Title: Café Staff / Café AssociateJob Summary:We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Café Staff to provide excellent service and ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves taking orders, preparing beverages and food items, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and take food & beverage orders
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other menu items
• Operate billing/POS systems and handle cash or digital payments
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and kitchen areas
• Ensure proper stocking of supplies and inform management of shortages
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the café
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints politely
