Job Description
Job Title: Call Quality Auditor (QA)
Company: My Nest Assets Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Bhubaneswar
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required:
- 8 months–1 year experience in Call Center Quality Auditing OR
- Freshers with excellent observational and analytical skills
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
- Job Responsibilities:Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound calls for quality and compliance
- Assess call handling, communication skills, and process adherence
- Prepare call audit reports and share feedback with teams
- Identify gaps and suggest quality improvement measures
- Maintain QA documentation and audit records
- Required Skills:Strong listening and observational skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Basic knowledge of Excel and call audit metrics
- Attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and with teams
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in BPO/Call Center QA
- Immediate joiners preferred
