Career Counsellor

We are looking for an experienced Career Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right career path, courses, and colleges. The candidate should be confident, student-friendly, and result-oriented.

•  Key Responsibilities:Counsel students & parents regarding career options, courses, colleges, and entrance exams
• Understand student profiles and recommend suitable career paths
• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online counselling sessions
• Maintain student records and follow up on leads
• Convert enquiries into admissions
• Stay updated with latest education trends, exams, and admission processes
• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Career Counsellor / Academic Counsellor
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle students & parents confidently
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Target-oriented mindset
