🎓 Qualification:12th, Graduate & Diploma

🔹 Cashier – Key Responsibilities

• Handle bill payment collections (cash, cheque & digital)

• Generate and issue payment receipts accurately

• Ensure zero errors in cash handling

• Deposit collected cash in bank as per guidelines

• Maintain records and reports for audit

• Monitor bill collectors & track performance

• Perform regular cash reconciliation

• Track pending/overdue payments

• Coordinate with field teams

• Follow company policies for compliance & fraud prevention

🔹 Meter Reader – Key Responsibilities

• Take accurate meter readings from consumer locations

• Record readings properly in device/register

• Report faulty or damaged meters

• Complete readings within assigned schedule

• Follow route plan and maintain discipline

• Coordinate with supervisors for issues

• Submit daily reports on time

• Avoid duplicate/incorrect entries

• Handle devices properly

• Follow safety guidelines

• Support basic consumer queries

🔹 Bill Collector – Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect bill payments (cash, cheque, digital)

• Visit assigned areas as per route plan

• Ensure timely collection & reduce pending dues

• Issue receipts for every payment

• Maintain proper collection records

• Deposit cash within timeline

• Perform daily reconciliation

• Handle consumer queries

• Follow up with defaulters

• Avoid delays or mismanagement

• Coordinate with supervisors

• Maintain honesty & transparency

🔹 Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage Meter Readers & Bill Collectors

• Ensure achievement of MR & Collection targets

• Plan routes & allocate work

• Track performance & submit reports

• Verify accuracy of readings & collections

• Ensure proper cash handling

• Motivate team & improve performance

• Take action on low performers

• Resolve field issues

• Maintain discipline & attendance

• Coordinate with all staffs

• Conduct field visits & audits
