Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Billing: Generate accurate bills for customers using the billing software or system.
Expense Management: Maintain a daily record of all cash expenses (petty cash) and ensure every spend is documented.
Customer Communication: Send bills, payment receipts, and service updates to customers via WhatsApp professionally.
Cash Handling: Manage daily cash counters, ensuring the closing balance matches the sales report.
Data Entry: Keep a simple and clear record of daily collections and expenditures in Microsoft Excel.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of Computer and Excel.
Smart at using WhatsApp Business for customer interaction.
Honesty and accuracy in handling cash and accounts.
Basic communication skills to talk to customers.
