Job Description:

As an IT Hardware & CCTV Quote Maker, your primary responsibility will be to generate and manage sales quotes for clients, focusing on IT hardware and CCTV products. You will interact with customers to understand their requirements and create tailored, accurate quotes to meet their needs. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create accurate and customized quotes for IT hardware, CCTV systems, and related products based on customer requirements.

· Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure quotes are competitive and aligned with company pricing structures.

· Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on IT hardware, CCTV systems, and accessories to provide accurate product recommendations.

· Assist customers with product selection and provide guidance on specifications, features, and benefits.

· Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide assistance in finalizing sales.

· Ensure all quotes are delivered in a timely manner and follow up as needed to close sales.

· Update CRM software with customer details, quotes, and sales progress.

· Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer communication to ensure smooth sales operations.

· Keep track of market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive offerings.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a sales or quote generation role, preferably in IT hardware, CCTV, or electronics.

· Strong knowledge of IT hardware products, CCTV systems, and their technical specifications.

· Ability to work with quote management software or CRM tools.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail when preparing quotes.

· Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to address customer queries and provide effective solutions.

· Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

· High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in IT, sales, or a related field preferred.
