Center Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Center Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our Skill Development Center. The role involves overseeing training delivery, staff coordination, candidate mobilization, placements, and compliance with project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall center operations, staff, and trainers
• Ensure smooth training, attendance, and documentation
• Coordinate candidate mobilization, placements, and retention
• Act as a liaison between candidates, employers, and head office
• Ensure compliance with government / project guidelines
• Drive targets related to training, placement, and center performance

• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Experience in skill development / education preferred
