*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Chinese Head Chef to lead our kitchen team! You'll oversee daily kitchen operations, menu development, and food preparation, leveraging your expertise in Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Dim Sum, Momos, and Ramen cuisines.

*Responsibilities:*

- Lead and manage kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional service

- Develop and execute menus, recipes, and specials

- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and plating

- Maintain kitchen safety, sanitation, and organization

- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control

- Train and mentor kitchen staff

- Collaborate with management on menu innovation and promotions

*Requirements:*

- 10+ years of experience in Chinese cuisine, with expertise in:

- Chinese cuisine (Szechuan, Cantonese, etc.)

- Japanese cuisine

- Thai cuisine

- DimSum/Dumplings

- Bao

- Sushi

- Momos

- Ramen

- Proven leadership experience

- Strong knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and presentation

- Excellent communication and team management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
