Responsibilities

• Cost estimation: Estimate costs for materials, labor, and timeframes 
• Project planning: Prepare tender packages and contracts, including bills of quantities 
• Project monitoring: Monitor ongoing construction projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget 
• Quality assurance: Ensure the project meets quality standards 
• Risk management: Manage risk, value engineering, and cost control measures 
• Contract negotiation: Negotiate contracts and schedules 
• Subcontractor management: Oversee and value subcontractors' work for payments 
• Documentation: Prepare documentation for client bills, sub-contractor bill processing, and materials purchase documentation
