Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in site supervision and execution as per approved drawings
- Interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Support quantity take-offs, measurements, and billing work
- Monitor concrete works, masonry, shuttering, reinforcement, and finishing activities
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and material management
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
Technical Knowledge Required:
- Basic knowledge of RCC, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete technology
- Understanding of building materials and construction methods
- Familiarity with BBS, basic quantity estimation, and BOQ
- Awareness of site safety norms and quality standards
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel (preferred)
