Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations; conduct daily safety briefings and inspections.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation on project progress.
- Assist in resolving technical issues or site-related problems in collaboration with engineers and architects.
- Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Report delays, issues, or potential risks to the Project Manager promptly.
- Verify that construction activities meet legal and contractual requirements.
