Collection Executive / Officer

Payment Collection

• Visit retailers and distributors within the assigned territory to collect outstanding payments.
• Accept payments through cash, UPI, cheque, or bank transfer confirmation.
• Ensure collections are completed within the agreed credit period.

2. Outstanding Follow-Up

• Maintain a list of pending retailer payments.
• Conduct regular follow-ups for overdue accounts.
• Inform the Area Sales Manager or Management about delayed payments.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily collection records.
• Issue official payment receipts where applicable.
• Submit daily and weekly collection reports to management.

4. Market Coordination

• Coordinate with Medical Representatives (MRs) regarding retailer payment status.
• Inform management about retailer financial issues or payment disputes.
• Support the team with small product deliveries or promotional material distribution when required.

5. Compliance & Accountability

• Follow company credit policy, collection procedures, and financial discipline.
• Ensure complete transparency and honesty in handling company funds.
• Deposit collected payments to the company account as instructed.
