Hiring: Collection / Recovery Field Executive (Full-Time)
Location: Across Odisha
Industry: Banks & NBFC Portfolio
Salary: Fixed Salary + Other Benefits
We are looking for motivated and responsible Collection / Recovery Field Executives to handle banking and non-banking portfolios across various locations in Odisha.
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Field visits for collection & recovery
- Follow-up with customers regarding overdue payments
- Ensure timely closures and report updates
- Maintain professional communication with clients
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience in collections/recovery preferred with DRA certification.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (added advantage)
- Good communication & field handling skills
- Ready to travel across assigned areas
