Computer Hardware Engineer

We are expanding our team and are actively looking for experienced Computer Hardware Engineers who meet the following criteria. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in referring suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Perform card-level repairs & accurate diagnostics on laptops, desktops, printers, and projectors

✔️ Disassemble & reassemble 8-10 laptops per day with efficiency

✔️ Ensure the team completes at least 10 repair jobs daily

✔️ Strive to receive positive online feedback for every service delivered

✔️ Manage & guide junior technicians, fostering a productive and skilled team

✔️ Handle client interactions professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction

✔️ Exhibit strong communication skills for seamless team & client interactions

✔️ Achieve the monthly inwards target set by management

✔️ Adhere to leave policy (only one unpaid leave per month, excluding Sundays)

✔️ Follow company rules & procedures for smooth operations

Qualification & Experience:

📌 Diploma in Computer Hardware (Mandatory)

📌 Minimum 5years of experience in computer hardware repairing

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Finalized after interview based on skills & experience)
