Counsellor

Candidates preferrable having experience in Home Nursing Agency, job Consultancy , Recruitment Agency or Manpower Agency .

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Conduct initial interviews.

Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation.

Assist in performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
