Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and their integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to optimize business workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues within SAP EWM environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices in application design and deployment.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
