Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into technical specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications developed align with the strategic goals of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions. - Strong understanding of data integration processes and methodologies. - Experience with application design and development frameworks. - Familiarity with data transformation and migration techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - 15 years full time education is required.
