As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and functionality. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs, provide insights on best practices, and oversee the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will mentor team members, guiding them through complex challenges and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.
- Experience with integration of Workday Recruiting with other systems.
- Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
