Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive project success. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications and quality standards while mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
