Customer Relations Officer

A Relationship Officer manages and nurtures long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth. They act as the primary point of contact, resolving issues, analyzing client needs to offer tailored products (often in banking or corporate services), and driving sales through cross-selling and upselling. 

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities for products like loans, insurance, or services.
• Customer Support & Issue Resolution:Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely, professional manner to ensure high satisfaction.
• Account Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records, monitor portfolio performance, and prepare reports on client engagement.
• Business Growth: Identify potential new business opportunities and onboard new clients.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities, particularly in banking, comply with legal regulations and KYC/AML policies.
