Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive manages client interactions, resolves queries, and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Address client inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain customer records in CRM systems
• Follow up with clients regarding services, payments, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Prepare Customer Data sheet
• Loan File Shorting
• Maintain Data sheet in Excel
• Help in login process

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Freshers and Experienced both can apply
