 About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused “Customer Success Executive” who will ensure a seamless experience for our customers and partners. You will be the voice of the company, responsible for building trust and long-term relationships.

 Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat

* Ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution

* Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

* Provide timely updates and follow-ups on orders/issues

* Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations)

* Collect feedback and improve customer experience

* Maintain records of interactions and support tickets

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in any field

* 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Client Handling

* Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English required)

* Strong problem-solving and patience

* Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently

 Preferred Skills

* Experience in e-commerce or support tools

* Basic computer and CRM knowledge

* Good interpersonal and listening skills
