Job Description

Inquiry Management: Responding to customer questions via phone, email, live chat, and social media.

Problem Resolution: Troubleshooting product/service issues, managing returns, and resolving billing or delivery discrepancies.

Product Expertise: Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies to guide customer decisions.

Documentation & CRM: Maintaining detailed records of all interactions using CRM software like Salesforce or Zendesk.

Escalation & Collaboration: Identifying complex issues and routing them to technical, billing, or management teams for specialized handling.

Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback through surveys to help improve internal processes and product offerings.
