Summary: As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Your typical day will involve creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing data infrastructure to support business needs and drive data-driven decision-making. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. - Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing processes. - Optimize and maintain data infrastructure to support efficient data processing and analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - Strong understanding of data engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with ETL (extract, transform, load) processes and data migration. - Proficient in SQL and database management systems. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of data modeling and schema design. - Experience with data warehousing and data integration tools. Additional Information: - A 15 years full-time education is required. - Certificate is Mandatory
