• Roles & Responsibilities:Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, ERP systems, and records.
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entry.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
• Handle official documents, records, and files in both physical and digital formats.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect required information and data.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company data and records.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and supporting administrative tasks.
• Identify and report data discrepancies or errors to the concerned authority.
• Maintain proper filing systems and documentation standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
