Summary: As a Data Science Practitioner, you will be engaged in the formulation, design, and delivery of AI and machine learning-based decision-making frameworks and models aimed at achieving significant business outcomes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to measure and justify the value of AI and machine learning solutions, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and drive impactful results. You will also be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, deriving insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders, thereby influencing strategic decisions and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall capabilities. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing AI/ML models to ensure optimal performance and relevance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Strong understanding of data analysis and statistical modeling techniques. - Familiarity with data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights. - Ability to work with large datasets and perform data wrangling tasks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
