Delivery Associate

Job Summary:

Delivery Associates are responsible for picking up grocery orders from the warehouse or store and delivering them to customers safely and on time. They ensure accurate deliveries, maintain good customer interaction, and follow company delivery procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up orders from the assigned warehouse / hub.
• Deliver grocery orders to customers within the scheduled delivery time.
• Verify order details and ensure correct items are delivered.
• Handle products carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
• Follow the assigned delivery routes using GPS/navigation tools.
• Collect payment for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders when required.
• Update delivery status in the mobile app and obtain proof of delivery.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
• Follow company safety, hygiene, and delivery guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
• Valid Driving License for two-wheeler.
• Own Bike with valid documents (RC, Insurance, DL).
• Basic knowledge of smartphone and navigation apps.
• Ability to work in shifts and flexible timings.
